i have successfully installed sms and get admin as username and nest123 as password .but when using this for login an error screen

I downloaded the latest version 1.05 and found that install3.php file has problem. It is missing some code. So I tried to add code. I made it worked once. It created all database tables correctly. But install3.php never worked again and never got forwarded to install4.php.
But I manuall edited configuration.php file and added all the necesseary information. Finally I got the first page...
