I didn't want to write my own program just for this one file, so I came here looking. After trying 2 other programs I tried yours. The subtitle (SRT) file that I had with the movie was about 14 seconds off. SuTiSy is the only one that enabled me to offset the timers by an exact amount without changing the original format of the file (which made it not work at all using the other programs). So, I just wanted to give you a positive review. This was exactly what I was looking for and it worked perfectly.
