Currently doesn't work. Can appear to set up profile connection to SQL Azure and connection test is successful, at least for "master" database. But attempt to login and get exception.
Would be nice to somehow get it working with SQL Azure if possible as an alternative to using SSMS. As an FYI, you can use SQL Azure with another database tool called QueryExPlus but by using ODBC and OLEDB...
