Your work is überly appreciated. I hope you continue to develop it. The ability to save hypercubes in ENVI standard format would make this a complete package and give me (and a lot of other people) a good reason to move their work to Python. Thanks again!

With the ability to read and write ENVI files SPy has officially become useful to the entire remote sensing community and makes Python a viable option for multi and hyperspectral image processing tasks. This should allow many who are unpleased with MATLAB's ridiculous price point to continue their work in a language that is free and has the power and ease of use they have come to rely on. I hope you continue to develop your work as I believe it is a truly valuable contribution to the python community.
