On about line 1406 (may be slightly different depending on your install) of Soupermail version 1.08, the MIME::Lite Type function needs to be defined as 'application/pdf' or else the pdf that is mailed to the $mailto is corrupted (sent binary instead of base64).
Specifically:

The soupermail is working just fine. Mails are send, no problem there BUT
Character like ç ã and í are changed into :
ç = ç
ã = ã
à = í
For example Petição de reserva becomes Petição de reserva in the mail
At the site it looks all right, but when people recieve a mail all characters are changed
How can I solve this ??.

I've used Soupermail before, and I like it a lot!
Do you think that we can trust Soupermail today again? Is it safe to use it?
If not, do you have a script with the same features (perl or php) to refer to me?
