An MP3 Streaming system written in PHP. It allows remote users to browse through a collection of MP3s and add/remove them to/from a playlist. Then, at the click of a button, they can stream the playlist. No MP3 recompression makes it CPU-friendly.

A very easy-to-use playlist creator that creates playlist for both pc and mp3 players.
Random MP3 Player
Random MP3 Player is a simple mp3 application written in Java. The user points the application to a directory containing mp3s (or whose subdirectories contain mp3s). The application will then randomly play mp3s from the chosen directory.
