SCCM Client Center will list all advertisements that are available on the SCCM Site. There is no way (out-of-the-box) to restrict the advertisement list.

I had submitted this request, "Unable to Import Local Policy Adverts - ID: 2874182 " and the solution worked, thanks.
I have another request.
I am trying to understand how the integrated security works with respect to the adverts. When selecting the policy/advert to import on the client, the user account appears to see all Advertisements presently available in SCCM.

You have to specify the SQL Server and Database in the connection-string stored in the file smsclictrv2.exe.config.
You have to replace SQLSERVER and DATABASE...

Hi, I have been using this tool with SMS for a very long time without issues, and love it.
We are now ready to move to SCCM but in my testing I’ve noticed that we are unable to import local policy advertisements. The SQL DB is on a remote server in our SCCM environment, which is the only difference from the SMS setup where the DB was local.
