Installer vs. Standalone

There are two versions of SmartRM download.

  • SmartRMSetup.n.n.n.exe - If you have the rights to install software on your PC use this version. With setup version you get shell integration like double-click and right-click actions.

  • SmartRMStandalone.n.n.n.zip - use this version if you don't want to perform full installation. Benefit is that you can start using SmartRM by just unzipping it into any folder. On the downside, you will not have shell integration like double-click and right-click actions.
