Why don't you use the pear-channel of symfony within the plugin-library?.

We need a script that can be run as a cronjob that checks out the code from the svn, runs phpdoc and puts the generated documentation in the right place in the website's docroot.

The plugin should be easily installable through a pear channel. We'd probably have to make our own pear channel on sourceforge for now. Tasks include:
- figure out how to make a pear channel
- change package.xml to point to the right channel
- make a script to automatically make a package to be put in the pear channel (with versioning build-in, ie the script needs to know about different...
