Secondstring is a bunch of fancy soft string matching routines.

The latest version is distributed as a .jar (you'll need a copy of log4j on your classpath to run it) and as a source .tgz which also includes some accompanying datasets. To build the source, you'll need ant (http://ant.apache.org/, a java-based make tool) and junit.jar (http://www.junit.org/, a framework for testing).
