with snow leopard, there is an issue sometimes when cutting/copying and pasting where the pasted image is slightly lighter than the original, and there is a a thin white border around the pasted selection. clearly this is a common issue: see http://seashore.sourceforge.net/forum/thread.php?thread=628.

I'm currently running Snow Leopard and it'd be great to see Seashore take advantage of it by just compiling a 64-bit version.

I wish to use seashore to edit greyscale pictures taken with a microscope
I was unable to open the ".tif" file with seashore, even though the file opens easily with Preview or "image J"
according to "Image J" the image is 8 bit 1.4MB
can anyone help? thanks.
