Survival Dimensionality Reduction extends the popular Multifactor Dimensionality Reduction to model epistasis in lifetime datasets. The method is non-parametric and is suitable to characterise gene-gene interactions in presence of right-censored data.

Please read the "ReadMe" file in the "Files" menu for further information and installation requirements.
Besides the SDR installer file you have to DOWNLOAD a SEPARATE FILE to make the program run properly.
