This code is seriously broken. First of all, in order
to get it to work, I had to modify the index.php and
remove your hardcoded references to ../public_html at
the top of the code. That should be fixed before you
give this out to people. Another thing is that this
code does not proxy IMG tags. So basically, half the
requests go through the script, the other half go
through the default...

The previous 0.3.0 release was missing the config.inc file which is required! I have updated each release so this is no longer an issue.
