It would be very useful to have an admin setting for the MPR that allows the MPR to have a configurable privacy policy. E.g. it should be possible to provide a 'will be made publicly available' policy, or a 'only authorities will use the information provided'. The setting in configuration would determine which policy is displayed to the submitting user.

The 'Report a Missing Person' form does not appear to have a submit button to be able to submit the initial form collecting Identity and Basic Details. Not possible to register a missing person. Tested on trunk downloaded 20091018 and Firefox 3.5.1.

The Group head should not be a compulsory field. It should be possible to register a single person without having to add a group head. Tested on trunk downloaded 20091018.

Creating a new situation report does no appear to create a report e.g. click Create, enter Report Information, provide a Report Name, and click register. A blank screen is returned and the report isn't created. Tested using trunk downloaded 20091018.
