I was never aware of that bug. I am aware of a bug that if the IP changes since you have logged in you will have to login again. That bug was cleaned at one point in time but I believe it has crept back in somehow but it will not prevent you from logging in, thus these are different bugs unless you have a bug I am not aware of.
