DTD line in IOF XML export seems to cause problems.

Would it be possible to automatically export a copy of IOFdata.dtd when
producing the E punch interchange file? Currently I have to paste this
into the same directory as the .XML file before importing to Aut-O-
Download. I tend to keep different events in different folders, or this
wouldn't cause a problem.

o All Controls tab bug?: When you add a control description item to
All Controls, the list is blank and unusable. And when you delete that
item from the all controls tab, descriptions vanish from all other
courses aswell.
Make this better.
