The newest version includes a few minor fixes as well as a Smarty upgrade. If you are using v1.0 please upgrade. Any v1.0 bugs will be ignored from now on (and most likely deleted).

What version of this are you talking about? If it's the
green version it's v1.0 and you should definitely upgrade.
If it's 2.0 then open a new bug and I'll fix it in 2.0. How
are you canceling the download? Are you clicking a link to
cancle it or are you somehow stopping the browser from
downloading?.

Version 2.0 of PT3K is now out. It supports Smarty for multiple themes and has a simple plugin architecture for publishing files.

Upgrading to the CVS version should fix this problem. The
CVS version is a *huge* upgrade (so beware), but should work
with the current PT3K setup.
