What's happening?

  • Game can't be quit from the base

    The only way I found to quit the game from a base is 1) take off 2) self desruction (Alt + D) 3) press "quit" The manual says (p51) "To quit from a base, enter a base computer screen, select Options, then Quit Game". But how do I enter a base computer screen? Alt+O does not work nor Alt+X, Strg+C, Esc or whatever. The Quine and the mission computer have no Options menu.

  • F9 align speed doesn't work

    When I have some ship locked and press F9 to align with it's speed, nothing happens. I tried backspace followed by F9, maximum speed followed by F9 and F9 followed by backspace and so on and tried about 20 different ships at differents speeds - no effect. Am I doing something wrong.

  • Tractor beam and launcher in same mount

    When I bought the Centurion I hat not enough credits for a rocket launcher. I thought I take two torpedo launchers and replace one by a rocket launcher later. Now after many, many fights I see this is not possible. Uuhuuuhuuhuuuuuuh, I have to play it all again, nononononoooo! :-( Please, please, please make launchers sellable, because this is an arbitrary limitation. Then I bought a tractor...

  • Rocket launcher is not sellable

    In the original game, the rocket launcher was sellable. This was the standard trick to afford better guns from start. Could you please allow that?.

  • Mission cargo is sellable

    Take two cargo missions to different bases. When you land on the first base and enter the Commodity Exchange, the cargo dedicated to that base is unsellable (correct) but the the cargo of your second mission is sellable here. Is that correct?.

  • Maneuverings jets missing in damage report

    In the original game the maneuvering jets were part of the damage report. In GG they are not - even if you can feel they are heavily damaged.

  • Quine mission display is inconsistant

    When I accept a mission the Quine only shows it until I take off. After the next landing all missions disappear from the Quine regardless if they are finished or not. The missions only disappear frome the Quine, during the flight I can still see them on my mission screen. When I have 3 open missions, the the Quine says "0 active missions" and the mission computer sais "your schedule is...

  • Comment: Ship acts as a base

    The same error happend with two other missions before, one was "Deliver plastics to Rikel". I could solve this by firing at the drayman until the rectangle changed from grey to red. Then the plastics dissappeared after the next landing and the mission was finished. With the new occurency this trick did not work.

  • Ship acts as a base

    I took a mission "Deliver Holographics to Nitir". Arrived in the Nitir system the mission computer said "Meet with Drayman 0". I could select the Drayman with the "N" key like a planet, it was sorrounded by a grey rectangle. But how can I land on a Drayman? When I land on the only base in the system, the mission is not finished and the 10 Holographics stay in my manifest. When I repeat...
