This release sees an effort to cleanup code, make the whole installation dependent on only one configuration file and the ability to use diferent languages. All pages displayed are now done through templates, making alteration of presentation extremely simpe. Several translations are included in this release and more will be added with each subsequent release. Enjoy!

New release which makes the database tables creation automatically when the index is visited for the first time, using the settings in the conf.php file. This should make installation straightforward.

been working on pownews slow but steadily and pownews 0.7 is almost ready. A few nice new features like an rss feed and displaying the number of comments for each item, as well as nicer css handling for comments. Just need to sort out something which is stopping comments from being deleted from the approve.comments file on linux. This doesn't actually affect the comments system in that it still...

Have already fixed bug related to comments moderation in the admin interface. Am currently adding some basic editing functionality which should be ready soon and will release all this together in a new version.
Plan to release this new version (0.6) by the end of this week latest...

and so i finally got round to packing it all up.
have a look if it sounds good and let me know of any changes you might want. also any bugs (although it has actually been tested on a site with average of 300 hits a day).
