I too tried this release and got a "Not a valid CE" message. The CAB is perhaps malformed or corrupt. Help please.

I have just hacked my noname CND on a stripped down WinCE 5.0 - Pocket GPS was included with the wonderful hack that turned a mediocre GPSD into a fully featured GPS/PDA - Mio Pocket 3.0 to be precise. Mio Pocket obviously includes all the missing DLLs since just about everything will run now.

Created a JPG map from my aviation map today and built a MAP file for it - worked first go - amazing. What an awesome little program. Most impressed. I now have my Chinese no-name CND working as an aviation GPS - lacking some fancier features of the VERY expensive ones out there, but for all that, the ability to put my own maps and scale into the thing is priceless. Many thanks.

I download the svn.arm.cab file and tried to reinstall the software. However, I am having trouble running the cab file because my device gave me a not a valid ce program msg. Can you provide the binary file in zip file?

use trekbuddy altas creator from trekbuddy website. Then I recommand use a text editor calibrate the .map file. For me, I use 4 cornor points. I am able to load 16000 tiles with no problem.

Hi,
I downloaded this app - it's great program
But there's one problem :
wrong font encoding (GUI only, all menu are OK)
So instead GPS info I have bizarre characters. May be on my iPAC the font is using by GUI is not installed?
Phone: HP iPAC6340
O/S: Microsoft Windows for Pocket PC 2003 (French)
Any idea about how I can solve this problem?

I can see atlas\globe ok but struggle to enter own maps.
windows pocket pc 2003 - ipaq 470
i'm going to try &swap out the globe image & edit from there- any tips welcome.

Hi,
I tried 2 points before. However, somehow the map do not show up. So I change to 4 point then the map showup with no problem. Also, for large map files, only the folder method work. Can get the .tar file to work.
Any thoughts?
