    Yeah, at least, I'm curious; but, actually, the only cam I've got is a built-in in a laptop which is still (and still...) running WinXP; so it's gonna take some time, at least, I have to install linux on it... finally...

    I use a cheap no name camera and get a great response on a 640x480 resolution. A friend of mine has found that using Reaktor to smooth the incoming MIDI values helps as well. I intend to write this into the code for pmidic at some point. DAWs such as FL Studio has built in smoothing (http://flstudio.image-line.com/help/html/automation_livemidi.htm).

    Hmm...haven't tested under Wine. Want to be try and let me know the results? :) Haven't had time to make a Mac and *nix version yet... :(.
