I was hoping to get descriptions on how to run plagiasi on windows. The readme instructions are written for linux users, and its really difficult following those commands as i'm still quite a novice. Can someone pls help me!!!

Sorry for answering a bit late...
I just checked the error you have, and... it is related to symfony 1.2.
Plagiasi was designed for symfony 1.0 and is not supposed to be running with symfony 1.2 (1.0 and 1.2 are quite different in some points, and backward compatibility is not fully supported).
Could you try to installing symfony 1.0 and see if anything happens ?

When I run: $ symfony propel-insert-sql
I got the follow message:
