I couldn't compile abc_okc-3.10.8 from sources on Windows xp till I copy "msvcp90.dll" into the python DLLs directory ( C:\Python27\DLLs\ ); but this was not explained in the "how_to_compile.txt". You can't. ABC doesn't support magnets. You could use ABC_OKC which supports them and much more.
