The attr field of ListType contains a hasScrollBar bit, just like fields, but PilRC does not allow setting it with HASSCROLLBAR.
Tables have this attribute bit as well, which also can't be set with HASSCROLLBAR.

When running pilrcui on a resource file with a form at (0 -12 160 172), it stops with: "error: rect height expected, got )". I believe this used to work in version 2.9. These are unconventional (but valid) coordinates.
