Hey,
I've the problem, that the song name does not refresh anymore after playing tracks with brackets in the tag ( [ ] ). To fix the problem, I have to set a new placeholder in the away message.
(Auf Deutsch :D Wenn ich einen Titel mit eckigen Klammern im Tag abspiele, aktualisiert das Plugin nicht mehr den Titel. Ich muss dann "%s" neu als Awaymessage eintragen, damit es wieder...

Hi,
I've a smartphone with Conduits Pocket Player wich update my last.fm profile with what i'm listening on my phone.
The pidgin plugin doesn't work with all the music which come from my Pocket Player. If i listen a music on my laptop, my status is correctly updated!
Do you have a idea?
If you want to try my username on last.fm is lol2dol.

I upgraded to the latest v0.4a version today, and the plugin started getting errors from the last.fm server. I looked in the source to see if it was using the right method (because that's what it was complaining about) and it was. Then I realized that it must be saving the method name itself in preferences.
The last.fm plugin should verify on startup that the method is an acceptable one, or...

Is there a way to export the URL (URI) of the currently playing song so someone else can click on a link in your status message to check out more information on a particular song on Last.FM?

Unfortunately, I have no menas of debugging this.
I will make the OpenSuSE Build Service create a Fedora 10 package as well next week. Let's see whether that helps.

Trying to install the rpm in Fedora 10, I got the following error:
rpmlib(PayloadIsLzma) <= 4.4.2-1
I think it could be due to the different version of rpm installer I have, respect to the one with whom yhe packag was generated.
I've the RPM 4.6.0 installed.

This could be related to another bug and therefore not be that invalid ...
In any case, if there still are problems, they are fixed in 0.4a.
