error when isntalling /boost/install.php

When I try to install the PHP WS Listings program from the following directory:
http://localhost/bulletinboard/phpwslistings/boost/install.php
I recieve the following error message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function isDeity() on a non-object in D:\wamp\www\bulletinboard\phpwslistings\boost\install.php on line 5
What can I do to correct? Thanks!

In runtime.php:
function AgentCheck(){
$this->Listing_block = new SEILER_ListingManager();
$this->Listing_block->AgentCheck();
}
I get an error on those 2 lines, saying it can't create the $this.
We have no idea why, but commenting them out seems to fix the problem in the meantime.

Hi.
I'll just inform you.
When i install new ver of phpWebSite 1.5.2
I got information from Boost about tour great module.
"The following modules are from an earlier version of phpWebSite and will not function.
Please remove them from the mod directory."
So can you fix it?

After enabeling the "Feature on Homepage" I can no longer access any listing or the admin area of PHPWS Listing.
Everylink within PHPWS returns me to the Featured Listings Page.

phpweb 10.2 install cases error tried many times the error is: Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /home/public_html/mysite/mod/phpwslistings/class/runtime.php on line 37
and phpweb will no longer run and i have to reinstall all.
