Hau! Many people have sent some great translations of PHP Squid Pass, and since I'm not planning to do any more releases for the php squid pass itself, I created the language pack releases. The release from today (Aug 05 - 2002) now include these languages:
German, English, Spanish, Norwegian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Swedish, Ukranian.
And I'm receiving more translations...

I got back to this project and finally I implemented the multiple password files feature. I hope this can solve some problems regarding updating various passwords in various files. This helped me a lot here at work :) If you're seeing this, and if you use the program, please provide me feedback, thanks.

I'm looking for help, I need ideas and feedback to create a better tool. The progress of this project is going good, and I hope it'll get better! Please help me, testing and giving feedback, using the SourceForge tools or sending me an e-mail.
Also, if you know some language, help me translating the program, as many people could use it.

Thanks to many people helping to create this tool. This new release fix a security bug where users could overwrite other existing users (not a common case, but...), thanks to Jens Liebchen for the security advisory sent by e-mail. This release also have support to logging in a way that in the future we can create a log tool to verify it on the web. My primary goal now is to implement templates.

After receiving feedback from my friends, they noted that there was a huge bug dropping existing users in the password file. I fixed immediately. I'm not an experienced programmer, so don't use this tool for production yet, because it's still experimental ^_^ But I'm glad to see some people testing it and helping me to code a better tool.
