I managed to get around this problem but I think it is a bug. As admin, I edited the record for the user and assigned an all numeric password. Then, the user tried to log in. The numeric password was accepted and pfn allowed them to log in. In pfn, they changed the numeric password to the alphabetical one I had originally assigned, saved their user preferences, and logged out. Now they can log...

I installed the software, no problems. I created a new user. This user cannot log in but gets a message: Restricted Area. The administrator has been notified. I checked the Create New User page and everything seems ok. I searched on the Web and found someone with a similar problem but the solution is not helpful. I tried deleting the user and creating another, but this user also cannot login.

Hi I want to have the same funtion. I need tracking for download, download zip and download via mail. We must quick find out who hase downloaded an file if we have found errors after the file is deliverd.
Is it possible to send eMail dayly, weekly, monthly attached with the logs?.

Feedback from my users indicates that the icons might be in the wrong order! They want the most frequently used icons - so upload file, for example - to the left-most side of the tool bar.
Currently, the order is:
1) Reload
2) New folder
3) Create a file
4) Upload a file
5) Upload URL
6) Thumbnails
7) Folder tree
8) Prefs
One suggestion for the order is:
1) Upload a file

Hi
I'd like to propose adding an easy way of notifying admin of all files uploaded/downloaded. Obviously this could become a problem on very busy sites, so two possibilities:
a) A daily/weekly digest
b) In addition to all traffic being notified, have the ability to watch specific directories
Reason:
I have a site that I make available for participants in an experiment to upload files to.

The security alert email is always in Spanish, even if the system is configured in English. This upsets monoglot anglophones.
I think the correct English forms in data/include/usuarios.php would be:
$erros = array(
1 => 'Attempt to gather user data',
2 => 'User data does not exist',
3 => 'Incorrect user data',
4 => "Invalid attempt to access the admin area",
