This is the first of the new pehppy releases. It contains a rudimentory support for basic applications. You can only make very simple apps with it right now.
This is intended more as a way to allow people to check out what we are doing and give us some feedback.
Releases should be common in the coming weeks and we intend to have all of the basic framework functions up and running soon.
