Pathintegrator is programmed to be used by Cytoscape with JSE6 or above.

Installing the plug-in in Cytoscape is very easy.

Cytoscape comes with a folder called "plugins" inside the installation folder.

In order to install Pathintegrator you have to do:

1 - Download the file Pathintegrator.jar which contains the plug-in and all its dependencies.

2 - Copy Pathintegrator.jar to the "plugins" folder inside the installation folder of Cytoscape.

3 - Run Cytoscape and Pathintegrator will appear in the menu item called "Plugins" at the top of the Cytoscape window.


After following these steps Pathintegrator is ready to be used.
