Gave a .net error when trying to install. Instructions would be helpful

I got the same .NET error. Then when I ran the program it completely blew up my whole computer. It had to do a restore just to get the system to run, then I had to do a complete file backup recovery because it deleted about 90% of all my files. What junk.
