The whole point would be to be able to convert on a windows PC. This appears to require a Mac. If not, the instructions are just wrong. The pages folder does not contain the files that it say one should be looking for. If I had a Mac, I wouldn't need a converter.

Requires export in the original software, which is hard since I don't own a Mac. Found simple, free online alternative at www.zamzar.com

Same problem as several others. I have some .pages files to convert and do not have access to the Mac on which they were created. I cannot turn them into .xml or .xml.gz. I tried ZipGenius which handles .zip and .tar files for me, but it does not recognize .pages as an archive. I do not have winrar. Why does Apple make its stuff incompatible with the other 95% of the universe?
