  • endless capture

it would be nice to do an endless capture - dismiss the oldest packets if a certain amount of memory is allocated. It would be perfect to keep a server´s traffic and TCP connections in the eye... Thanks a lot.

  • I/O Error : ... Invalid argument

Above error is systematic as soon as one attempts to load a _valid_ capture file of which path contains characters with accents. Eg. error will occur while loading "c:\Répertoire\capture.cap", while it won't (and file will be properly loaded) once renamed as "c:\Repertoire\capture.cap" Really annoying for non-native English speakers...

This can be worked around by un-gzipping the packet capture and loading that instead. It suggests to me that the gzipped file size is being used as the...

  • When selecting Adapter show description

We have servers with 3 NICs in them... All of the NICs are the same type, so it's very hard to pick the right Adapter in Packetyzer. The NICs have different Descriptions (i.e. when you do IPCONFIG), so if those descriptions were shown (or even the IP address for that matter) it would make it much easier to pick the right one. Awesome product by the way! I LOVE it!
