Currently, the CVS holds a pre release version of what will become version 0.1.3
The code has everything that is planned for 0.1.3 with the exception of the HARM code. Check http://otwg_hq.kodapa.com and http://development.kodapa.com for further information of what is intended for 0.1.3.
