osFaq is distributed in a FULL and LITE package. 
The difference is the LITE package doesn't have the WYSIWYG editor (CKEditor).

Both versions contain FULL English, German and Spanish translations.

To install osFaq, download ONE of the "osFaq_1.1-ST_xxxx.zip" packages. 
Decompress the download and read the README file supplied with the release.

The packaged README in each zip file contains Quick-Start instructions and a link to the online installation instructions.
Installation instructions are also built into the installer and will be displayed as required to suit your installation or upgrade.

The patch folder (if any) contains files that have been released since v1.1-ST was originally released for people wishing to upgrade existing installations of v1.1-ST.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
A bug on the faq-admin page affecting IE and Opera web browsers was recently pointed out to me. This fix is now included in the full downloads and also available from the "patch" folder for people wishing to patch existing installs.
