In database table demographic, this client's patient_status column's value is null. Modified it to 'AC' then fixed this problem.

1) log in as billygoat/Mac20020/1117
2) click on E for any client and try to create a new note for any client and sign save and exit with a face to face encounter....the encounter saves but it shows an error as per below in firefox....

Hi Ted, as per our discussion....
build date: 2009/12/14 21:50, branch : branch_CAISI_20091007
1) go to qgoatway.caisi.ca logged in as billygoat/Mac2002/1117
2) click on E for client = bon scott
note that there is a note written by a counsellor (note in admin that billygoat is an oscar role = counsellor)
3) then try to view this note from qeh.caisi.ca logged in as tedman/Mac20020/1117...

3) switch program type from bed to service and get the following error....
