You have to specify on Source Folder:
c:\My Music\%2\%1
This fix the problem.

I've just had exactly the same issue as the O/P - every single .mp3 file on my disk is gone :( Not very impressed.

.I tried your program to try and have the music that was in my music to be put into my music/artist/title.mp3
so I loaded up your software, loaded all my mp3 files and set to rename file set the directory to %2 and the file name to %1 and clicked rename file. I got a error that said invalid filename and then all of my mp3 files were gone as in poof no more. Anyways I would just like to know if...
