I'd like to know which licence applies to available data and lang packs : are they GPL'd ? Can I redistribute and/or modify them freely ?

We don't have a separate license file for data file. But I could provide license file for our binary AstroMenace build (attached).
All authors available in the game "credits" menu.

Before starting the integration proccess, I have a couple of questions :
Under which licence are the data and lang pack ? a COPYING file is welcome for next release
Is it possible to publish data's sources as well ?
