Put the following in your crontab:
0 * * * * rsync -rtz rsync://rsync.nquake.com/nquake /path/to/nquake/files
Change /path/to/nquake/files to something like /www/nquake/ if that folder exists and is available through http.
Post the URL to your nQuake mirror in this thread and it will be added.

nquake for linux and mac os x is now finished. please post bug reports if you find any.

some google app(google earth?) is actually a static binary running in wine. google paid the wineguys to get it running and then they packaged it. And now that nQuake runs in wine without any issues. This could be done with nQuake?.

nQuake seems to be a nice project, but it's limited to the win32 platform. with the quakeworld source available, quakeworld was (as you know) ported to various operating systems (other windows, linux, unix, bsd) on various architectures (ia32, AMD64, alpha, ppc).
sure it would not be worth the effort of coding installers for all the systems.
but what i would like to see is a big .zip with...

So basically, this I have not done (need convincing):
* misc.pak/autoexec.cfg (setinfo).
* unnamed16.tga (gray texture).
* qw/demos/ (smooth player, mvd) - no convincing needed, just someone willing to actually do this.
