The resetting of the database can be done by using a MySQL command, another possibility is to introduce a first WO by hand in the WO table. The Autonumber feature is in fact an increment.
Most of the time I supply a first INIT record with WONUM=100000 and ITEMNUM=200000.
I understood correctly that you use myCMMS at 3 sites now?

Hi all ... Hope all is going good for everyone.. I'm still running the Old myCMMS and have been for a while now. I'm using it for several Company's for over 2 yrs now.. WORKS GREAT!! even added some code so it can Keep up with all the equipment in 1442 Restrants. I'm the Head Tech for Pizza Hut,Long John Silvers and Several other francises. The approver field is the person that approves the requests before they are made workorders.

well I was able to reproduce this exact error. To do it I created a new install of myCMMS by
- unzipping the downloaded files into a new folder within your apache web root (you said you did this too)
- creating the mycmms database and importing the data from 060601091513.sql (you didn't say you did this but you nmust have right?)
- edit includes/config_mysql.inc.php to point to the new...

i have loaded XAMPP version 2.5, and i have downloaded myCMMS latest version from the site 2 days back .. i have unziped it and copied the cmms directory as maint directory in XAMPP httd folder when i run http://localhost/maint/index.php the site is openind with manager/manager im geting the following error
