Best 3D system for .NET I know of. There are a lot of useful plugins and additional libraries for sound, input, etc. in the OGRE project.

Totally awesome, actively maintained, very useful for pain-free OGRE development in .NET. A little patience is required to get everything set up, but works with relative ease.
