Download Tcl from http://tcl.activestate.com/ and install it. Then, double-click on "minitik.tcl" and it will set itself up and start.

I figured this out but don't have a fix yet. This error
pops up when you log in as the same user from another
location. The TOC server bumps you offline but the Minitik
client does not do the Right Thing and this error is a
direct result of that.

I have seen this before but don't recall the circumstances that

Here is what the error reads:
Error: Can't Read "::TOCSTATS(username,ONLINE)":no such element
in array
Using a SSL/HTTP Proxy and Wish 8.0
Any Suggestions???.
