I'm trying to us MindRaider to keep track of the genes involved in pancreatic cancer. I would like to be able to create attributes for objects in my graph. For example, if a gene could have an Entrez Gene ID of 301, and a symbol like "ANXA1". Is there a way of currently doing this?

Please, add basic editing features to the notes, i.e. buttons to change fonts, font size, bold, italic, underline, alignment (left, right, center, justify) evidenced, font color, background color and so on.
The note editor in actual version is very weak.
The possibility to add inline pictures and to fast preview the attached pics would be great as well.

I need the same feature. I've lot of files with images inline. And it would be great to have more flexible text editing feature (basic editing buttons i.e. bold, italic, left aligned, right aligned, centered and so on).

Thank you for your interest in MindRaider. Please be sure that you downloaded the right distribution (Windows distributions does NOT contain shell scripts):

I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out how to install MindRaider.
Linux desperately needs a powerful note application and if it can include a mind-mapper, that is even better.
I extracted the distro to /home/myusername/mindraider (no spaces in the path). And then try to run MindRaider. but there was no mindreader.sh file anywhere in sight. Where is is? How do I run the program?...
