Actually, change line 1780 to the following for a little nicer formating in displaying that cache:
fprintf(fp, "%s\t\t%d\n", ip->ipaddr, ip->hits);

Don't see the new release yet - might want to add this to it if you can....:
milter-spamtrap.c on line 1780, missing the \n after the %d in the fprintf call. This caused the cache to be written on a single line and then only the first record was then read from the cache file on startup.

I will be releasing a new version tonight.
It has some cleanup and a new feature that allows you to disable blocking of previous spammers. I'm also including the SQL script to create the database that I forgot in the first release.
