I hope you're still out there. I lost track of this project some time ago, but just in case you still want to use this...
There are a few required dependencies, your error shows that you don't have WWW::SimpleRobot installed. Entering the following at a command line prompt should do this for you:
cpan WWW::SimpleRobot

I don't know enough to know if this is a problem with
my computer or not but here is the message...

By adding a -c switch, the program could compare the
metatags of one page to those of another.

The program would compare the generated metatags against
search engine specifications with a -v switch.
