Although this type of code is security-related and the plugin is under GPL, no source is in teh download. Your redirected to the owners web and an exe file is to download there, which does not contain source code.
Please offer the code. This is security related and - just to be sure - I uninstalled it first.

- directly add a bookmark to Memotoo.com
- show Memotoo.com toolbar
- show Memotoo.com sidebar
- search into your Memotoo.com bookmarks.
