Medicalcodes is a web application. It contains more than 460.000 codes
useful to various medical fields.
Is written in php, javascript, d3.js and is using postgresql as back end.
All searching is accomplished as free text search.
The results are presented mostly in a table format and as graphics.
This software supports the following Coding Systems:
1. ICD-10-CM (2014 USA) Diagnostic Codes but not the WHO Version.
Searching can be done in The Tabular List, in the Disease Index,
the External Injuries Index, in the Drugs Index and in Neoplasms Index.
Includes as Help the alternate disease names - synonyms.
1.1) From www.pharmkgb.org and provides Links to the site.
1.2) From The Comparative Toxicogenomics Database - CTD.
1.3) The synonyms search is Supplemented by a graphical
tree representation.
2. ICD10-PCS (2014 - USA) - Procedures Codes.
3. CMS Diagnosis
4. CMS procedures list
5. National Drugs Codes (2013 - USA).
5.1) It can be searched for a medication trade name, for an ingredient
and for a medication code number.
5.2) Provides information for all the available packages.
5.3) Further more for any medication ingredient is possible to review
instantly and without internet connection, all pertinent pharmacological properties
( from www.drugbank.ca)
5.4) Links to Rx - Wikipedia - Drugs.com are provided.
Other ID's are available as the ACT-code and CAS-Num.
Given all these links, is easy to search in PubMed.
6. LOINC - Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes
7. The ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS Graphical.
These Graphical Parts can play without the postgresql back end.
