    Enable copying of FILEKIND=CONTAINERDATA files as *.con and
    WRAPPEDDATA files as *.wrp; If the MCP file is not record-oriented,
    then any "_m" will be stripped from the share file name extension.

    Fix bug: empty disk files were not being closed before being
    skipped, with the result that any remaining files to be copied were
    renamed (and usually removed) by subsequent changes to the TITLE
    attribute.
