I've been using XFig for ages. It continues to be better than alternatives. I'm dropping by today to see if I should think of updating versions. The answer is yes, but not by much. Hence "excellent" all 'round. Thanks, XFig developers, it's much appreciated !

Quite old tool, but still the best one to draw diagrams for LaTeX documents
