If one hits the "delete" button in mini-edit it inserts an invisible character that causes MacSpice to barf.

In the BSIM1 model, the parameter "xpart" behaves randomly.
To fix, .. in the file "b1mpar.c" line 290, change "iValue" to "rValue".

The '-v' option for show e.g.
show -v all
doesn't work, and the error messages return garbage chraracters.
